The Construction Resource Network is designed to build constructive relationships, provide a forum for networking on business management issues, provide the means for information dissemination, and foster an environment in which construction-related businesses will prosper.  The delivery of these resources will allow business owners to focus on providing quality and value to their clients.

The network is comprised of three interrelated components.

• Network Associates/Staff:  Members who are committed to serving the construction industry.  They provide the "people power" necessary to complete the work of the network and execute the planning of its activities
• Consortium:  An association of professional advisors, service providers, and product vendors to the construction industry.  They are brought together to save business owners time and money, provide expertise, and to finance the activities of the network.
• The Board of Advisors:  An advisory board of well-respected, industry professionals committed to serving a one-year term.  The Board provides feedback and potential solutions to timely issues and concerns of the industry.
